Feeling a bit down lately?  In addition to following the advice of your primary care provider what can you do?  From an energetic perspective depression can be related to energy stagnation.  So how can you get your energy moving again?  Move your body…try a fun form of exercise such as walking, swimming, hiking, cycling, etc.  Breathe… preferably fresh good quality air (in the sunlight for 15 minutes a day will also naturally increase your Vitamin D production, linked to improving mood).  Move your mind…as Ester & Jerry Hick's would say, 'choose the happiest highest thoughts' in any given situation.  Move your emotions…practice the 'attitude of gratitude'. Move your spirit…listen to insiring music, spend time in nature,…meditate.  Smile.  (Practicing these suggestions, particularly exercise will increase your production of endorphins or the 'feel good' hormones).
