		<description><![CDATA[<p>Feeling a bit down lately?  In addition to following the advice of your primary care provider what can you do?  From an energetic perspective depression can be related to <strong>energy stagnation</strong>.  So how can you get your energy moving again?  Move your body&#8230;try a fun form of exercise such as walking, swimming, hiking, cycling, etc.  Breathe&#8230; preferably fresh good quality air (in the sunlight for 15 minutes a day will also naturally increase your Vitamin D production, linked to improving mood).  Move your mind&#8230;as Ester &#38; Jerry Hick&#039;s would say, &#039;choose the happiest highest thoughts&#039; in any given situation.  Move your emotions&#8230;practice the &#039;attitude of gratitude&#039;. Move your spirit&#8230;listen to insiring music, spend time in nature,&#8230;meditate.  Smile.  (Practicing these suggestions, particularly exercise will increase your production of endorphins or the &#039;feel good&#039; hormones).</p>
